And every individual who wants to build a 500kW solar system will deposit the full designs at HEDNO Patras, will pay the fee of 1000 and of course will wait at best 12-15 months to receive a "blessing" of his work. It is a matter of real blessing, repentance and confession so that one can proceed with his work, although in the case of the Peloponnese we believe that the small investor will never be able to realize their investment. Finally, you guys at the Ministry of Energy, give a solution to the problem. It is so simple. Create healthy market conditions, give equal opportunities to all and make a fair distribution of power in smaller and large projects.
